PT100 thermometers
PT100 thermometers by XS Instruments are used in all production sectors, in the pharmaceutical industry, in the food industry, in laboratories and in any application that requires accurate temperature control. With the 2021 restyling, we are pleased to present the new line of single-channel XS Temp 7 Vio PT100 and dual-channel XS Temp 70 Vio PT100 thermometer chains. With the dual channel mode, included is the Data Logger functionality with 1000 data in GLP mode. The thermometers in this section use PT100 type probes, these probes are very precise, suitable for applications where high accuracy is required. A probe for every application: A wide range of PT100 probes is available for a variety of applications, from measurement in liquids to measurement in solids, air measurement and surface contact measurement. PT100 probe accuracy and response times: There are various accuracy classes of PT100 probes, the most common ones being class A, while for even more accurate measurements there are class 1/5 DIN probes. For example, the PT100 class A probe has a maximum tolerance of ±0.35°C @ 100°C, while a PT100 class 1/5 DIN probe at the same temperature has a maximum tolerance of ±0.16°C.
